For more than 20 years Sydney Indoor Hockey Association has run competitions for Junior and Adult players in the Sydney Metropolitan Area.

Indoor Hockey has grown to be a hugely popular format of hockey. It is enjoyable, competitive and skilful. Most importantly it is accessible to new and experienced players and it is played in local venues.
